Animal Cancer Treatment Center, National Taiwan University Veterinary Hospital
How to arrange a medical visit
To ensure that pet owners have sufficient time to discuss their animal's condition with the veterinarian and arrange necessary tests, our center operates on a full appointment system. The number of initial outpatient visits per day is limited. Since the severity of each animal's condition varies, please contact us to schedule an appointment as soon as possible.
Telephone (voice): Fax: Email:
02-27396828#6210 02-33663881 referral@ntuvhoncology.com
(Voicemail system) (For sending referral forms and test reports) (For initial appointments and contacting the attending physician)
If you have previously received treatment at another hospital, you are welcome to ask your original doctor to download and fill out the referral form and schedule an appointment via email or fax. This will save time, avoid duplicate tests, and reduce related expenses (although tests may still need to be repeated if necessary). For treatment, you can consider collaborating with the original referral hospital and doctor to assist in arranging the treatment according to your schedule and needs.
Our center's mission is to provide accurate diagnoses, humane and precise treatment, emphasize maintaining the quality of life for both animals and their owners, and offer appropriate palliative care, all in the hope of preserving animals' quality of life, prolonging their lives, extending their time with their owners, and providing end-of-life care.
